We begin with a guided meditation to connect with the class choosen energy center, followed by a dynamic flow to awaken the body. The pace then slows into seated, long-held postures infused with chakra connected affirmations, creating space for release, alignment, and healing.
This practice offers both understanding of the chakras and a direct felt sense of balance and empowerment.
SOUL CLASSES

A deeply restorative class designed to soothe the nervous system and release stored tension from the body. We begin with gentle somatic practices to help you unwind and reconnect with yourself, then move into supportive restorative postures where Reiki is shared to promote balance and inner calm.
The session closes with the grounding vibrations of copper bowls placed on and around the body, offering a unique sound massage that dissolves stress and restores harmony.
